- We will ship goods Australia wide via Star Track express courier. We do not use Australia Post and cannot ship to untraceable addresses such as PO boxes. International customers are requested to contact us by email instead of placing an order as we may be able to refer you to a partner in your country. Australia wide shipping / Freight charge is $16.50inc GST ( Star Track Road Express) Where possible your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days of placement. Should there be any stock issues or other delays we will attempt to contact you as quickly as possible. Please ensure you provide a valid shipping address (not a PO box) and also a suitable contact phone number. When your order is despatched our system will email you to advise your goods have been collected and allow you to track your delivery online.

- Please note - except where required by law we do not allow refunds because you changed your mind or did not correctly research the specific capabilities of the product - should you wish to view the manual or technical specifics of any product prior to purchase please contact us. Any faulty item can be returned for testing and handling under warranty but any item that has been damaged or altered by you can not be returned. Any item requiring warranty repair can be returned for assessment at any time within the manufacturers warranty period provided the correct RMA return procedure is followed.
